4/2/21 Beautify America! Send Matt Gaetz Back to Florida

Yes, there are billboard-ugly parts of America, and one of them is Matt Gaetz: He's as vile as only an outspoken Trump acolyte could be.

Gaetz (age 38) is currently under investigation for alleged "romantic" dealings with underage women. Teenagers. It's about sex trafficking, since he took at least one of these teens to Washington, DC; it's also about campaign funding, because Gaetz may have used some for the travel expenses. The investigation also ropes in a Florida DMV official with whom Gaetz allegedly looked through driver's licenses to seek out attractive girls.
The investigation is still in early stages, but hiding among Gaetz's peccadilloes there are apparently some true illegalities. It's a question of which of those actions will do him in first and fastest.
You know Gaetz (R-FL) from his news-hogging stunt at Wyoming's statehouse in January, where he railed against Representative Liz Cheney (R-WY) for voting to impeach Donald Trump. He was on Fox more than 70 times last year. Recently, rumors flew that Gaetz would be hired by Newsmax, a mouthpiece for right-wing idiotogies.
Gaetz once hired a speechwriter who had been "forced out of the White House because of his association with two white nationalists," according to Mother Jones, a left-wing magazine with impressive standards for fact-checking. In a gun control hearing, Gaetz tried to get the parents of two Parkland school shooting victims ejected, the magazine says. The first bill he ever introduced was a one-sentence measure disbanding the Environmental Protection Agency. And on it goes.
And yes, I have a second opinion: He's ugly. That's terribly petty, it's true, but I don't want to see him on the pundit circuit, let alone on his own cable news show.
Beautify America! Send the man home.
What will we hear about him next? Will he resign soon, do you think, or will his constituents be represented by him as we find out more and more about his crimes?
